When an external server’s WebSocket disconnects, the ArcGIS GeoEvent Server input logs an error, but the input still runs in GeoEvent Manager.

The issue is addressed in ArcGIS GeoEvent Server 11.1+ and with ArcGIS GeoEvent Server 10.9.1 Patch 4.Workaround
ArcGIS GeoEvent Server does not recycle the connection. Reconfigure all the WebSocket servers to implement a heartbeat option to reduce resource leaks.
