When an ArcIMS server is temporarily unavailable for some reason, the situation can arise when ArcMap incorrectly prompts users to login to the server when they open a map that references services on that server.

We’re aware that there’s a problem accessing GN services and the technical team is looking into it.
I’ve had 3 reports of the problem from users via GN Feedback today. All received a username/password prompt when trying to access GN services.
