Bug
When an ArcGIS Server connection file uses the 'DOMAIN\username' syntax, publishing to a federated server returns the error message, "You have to be signed in to share a service with ArcGIS Enterprise" in the Sharing tab of the Service Editor window in ArcMap.

The issue will not be addressed. Please upgrade to the latest version of ArcGIS Pro and reattempt the workflow.Workaround
Change the ArcGIS Server connection file to use the 'username@DOMAIN' syntax.
