Additional Information

Overlaying tiled layers on top of custom elevation layers sharing the same clipped extent causes this issue, as single pixels of the overlay layer overlaps the underlying elevation layer in the web client due to the different level of detail (LOD) evaluation for tiled layers and elevation or ground layers, and Limited Error Raster Compression (LERC) error tolerance. Creating an elevation layer with a slightly larger extent compared to the tiled layer solves the unwanted drape at the edges of the elevation layer.
