When an ArcGIS GIS Server 10.2.2 map service URL is added in the web map as JSON parameter and a default print service from the same Server executes a web map task, it returns an error: "Unable to complete operation. Error executing tool.: Layer "<value>": Unable to connect to map server at <URL>. Failed to execute (Export Web Map). Failed to execute (Export Web Map Task). "

Additional Information

This issue is not reproducible.

Workaround

Use HTTP as the map service URL or 6443 to bypass the web adaptor with HTTPS to see an output from the print service.
