When an ArcGIS Business Analyst Web App infographic with map cards pulling a web map with a hosted feature layer which has an Arcade expression for labels is exported as a PDF, points and labels are not displayed as expected.

This issue is fixed in the February 2024 release of ArcGIS Business Analyst Web App.Workaround
Use the Classic app to export infographics until this issue is resolved, tentatively in the February 2024 release. The Classic app can be accessed from the Help menu in ArcGIS Business Analyst Web App.
