When Advanced Options for an offline web map is changed from 'Device will download and get updates to features and attachments' to other options, the basemap and Measure widgets are removed from the Collector Classic for ArcGIS interface.

Additional Information
Collector Classic for ArcGIS (Android, iOS) has been retired and is no longer being updated. Esri recommends the ArcGIS Field Maps app as an alternative to Collector Classic as it combines the functionality of Classic Collector, Explorer, and Tracker. Note this issue does not apply to ArcGIS Collector.Workaround
- This issue is non-reproducible in Collector for ArcGISÂ (Aurora).
- This can be resolved by saving a copy of the map.
