Bug
When adding tile layers to Map Viewer, ArcGIS Dashboards, or ArcGIS Experience Builder in ArcGIS Online, the request contains the wrong payload information and returns the following error message, "msTileSetup(): Web application error. Invalid number of tile coordinates (should be three)."

Additional Information
This API will not be fixed. The main reason is the request has been treating as + a literal char that needs to be encoded. So if it is changed, it breaks the app that is relying on that behavior. The user can update the URL with either space chars or %20 instead of + chars.Workaround
Use Map Viewer Classic and/or ArcGIS Dashboards Classic.
