When adding the web map in ArcGIS Dashboards, a hosted feature layer does not draw all features.

Additional Information
The issue was resolved by increasing the maxRecordCountFactor. No further investigation necessary.Workaround
- Publish as a map imagery layer (Map Service).
- Create web map https://supt0013559.esri.com/portal/home/webmap/viewer.html?webmap=4ab6793f76834c6f895e2fea609f68a4 - 10.8.1
- Create using operation dashboard
- Add a map and choose the map from the menu
