When adding the paris.rpk for step five in the 3D Visualization Using ArcGIS Pro training, the following error message is returned inconsistently, "Geometry (polygon) doesn't match rule package's input geometry (unknown)."

Additional Information

The current behavior (the error shown) is expected. The rule package (RPK file) is missing some required information. For procedural symbology, refer to: https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/mapping/layer-properties/procedural-symbol-layers.htm for more information. Please refer to point #5 in the Help topic - The @StartRule of the rule package must specify @InPolygon annotation to indicate it is intended for polygon geometry. The test RPK's @StartRule does not have the @InPolygon annotation - this is why the error is shown. This is expected behavior and the user should either update the RPK to include the required annotation or look for another version of the Paris rule package - should be available in ArcGIS Living Atlas of the World.

Workaround

Keep adding the rule package until it succeeds.
