When adding the OGC Web Feature Service (WFS) layers from the New Item option on the Content tab in ArcGIS Online, it displays the feature of the topmost layer in the WFS layer.

Add the Web Feature Service (WFS) layer directly from ArcGIS Online Map Viewer using the 'Add layer from URL' option, which does not preserve authentication.
