Already fixed (in 10.x and Pro 2.0.)

Workaround

Connect to the lower folders separately to expose the Annotation, Aux, Image Data and ancillary folders supporting TerraSAR data. ORUse ArcGIS Pro.ORUse ArcMap 10.5.x.
