Additional Information
This functionality is not supported. Esri does not guarantee that ObjectIDs remain consistent between replicas. This is why replicas require GlobalIDs to guarantee uniqueness.
There is not a specific topic in Esri mobile apps on this, but the following documentation is provided by the Feature Server team:
https://developers.arcgis.com/rest/services-reference/enterprise/using-sync.htm
Specifically, this paragraph states:
Edits must include globalID values. GlobalIDs are used to identify the features on the server to which the updates and deletes apply. For inserts, clients must also generate and provide globalIDs. When inserts are applied, the server preserves the globalID value provided by the client. Clients can ask the server to return the objectIDs of the inserts as applied on the server. This is needed if the client has to map the server's objectIDs to the client's objectIDs.
Workaround
Do not use ObjectID as the label for items. Use a manual smart form to include labels in a different field.
