Workaround
1. Open a parcel fabric. 2. Open the Parcel Editor Options dialog box, and uncheck the 'Apply Scale and rotation when opening parcels in measurement view (Switch views using the button on the parcel's toolbar)'.3. Create a new parcel and join with a rotation of 45.4. Click the Select Parcel Features tool, and select a parcel.5. Right-click the parcel, and select Open (the parcel displays with rotation).6. Select the Parcel Measurement View option (the parcel displays without rotation).7. Add a line to the parcel to extend a line.8. Enter the bearings of parcel for the line to extend (the parcel displays with the edit without rotation). The line extends in the direction of the parcel.9. Click Keep Changes. The rotation is applied to the parcel and all edits are applied with the correct rotation.
