Bug
When adding gazetteer places to a Gazetteer Metadata Service, the GAZETTEER_ENTRY request requires extent information to be provided as a series of four numbers separated by commas. This prevents gazetteer places from being loaded successfully from client machines that use commas for the decimal separator, particularly when using the Gazetteer Loader utility provided with ArcCatalog.
