When adding features to a map in the Map Viewer, the Add Attachment window is not available.

This is currently a known limit in Map Viewer with the 4.x ArcGIS API for JavaScript Editor widget and the ArcGIS API for JavaScript team is working on supporting it.Workaround
In Map Viewer, select the option to edit the point and the attachment box appears.
