Bug

When adding an offline area for a web map containing tile layers, the error message, "No Tile Exist for the specified extent" is returned if the offline area does not include all the tile layers present in the web map.

Workaround

Create one vector tile package containing all the layers required in a tile layer. This is an option if the layers do not overlap.
