Bug
When adding an item description with an empty line between two paragraphs to a map document from the Map Document Properties dialog box, the item description formatting is not respected in the Item Details page after the map is published as a feature service.

1. Format the item description from the Catalog pane, save and publish the map document to ArcGIS Online.2. Add an item description with HTML tags to Map Document Properties, which displays the item description with a space between paragraphs, and publish to ArcGIS Online.Steps to Reproduce
