When adding an 'insert' trigger rule in Arcade in ArcGIS Pro 3.4, attribute fields do not update when a new feature is created

It looks like the attribute rule in question was not running as expected because it was disabled. It worked after enabling it.Workaround
For creating new features with an Insert trigger, use the Add Attribute Rule (Data Management) tool.
