When adding an image service with multiple raster datasets to a web map, creating a filter does not prepopulate the unique values from the attribute table.

Workaround

1. In Contents, click More Options, and select Image Filter.
2. Save the web map and create an ArcGIS Web AppBuilder app. Use the Filter widget in the app to create a list of prepopulated attributes for a field.
