When adding an express map to ArcGIS StoryMaps, closing the story before completing the 'place map' workflow, the draft story becomes corrupted and inaccessible.

Additional Information

This issue was addressed in a hotfix deployed on February 22, 2024. The issue should no longer occur, and stories that were affected by this issue should work again.
