When adding an Excel spreadsheet to Portal for ArcGIS as an item, the geocoding fields do not properly populate if there is no exact match.

This issue is not reproducible in the past version of ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8.1.Workaround
Match the headers in the Excel spreadsheet with the geocoder locator fields, or switch the locator to another country.
