When adding an Azure Blob Storage container with Microsoft Entra ID and the 'Identity type' is 'User-assigned managed identity', ArcGIS Server returns the "Required parameter 'accountKey' is missing" prompt even though there is no Account Key field.

Additional Information

This is a bug in ArcGIS Server Manager. The ArcGIS Enterprise portal home app can be used to register Azure Blob Storage with user-managed identity, where Client ID is a required field.

Workaround

The ArcGIS Enterprise Administrator API can be used for registering the object store in the meantime. Refer to: https://developers.arcgis.com/rest/enterprise-administration/server/registerdataitem/#cloud-store-examples. The ArcGIS Enterprise portal home app can be used to register Azure Blob Storage with the user-assigned managed identity, where Client ID is a required field.
