When adding a Web Map Service (WMS) to ArcGIS Online or Portal for ArcGIS Map Viewer, the Credits (Attribution) text is truncated or does not appear.

This is a known issue in Map Viewer Classic (3.x JS API) but is not reproducible in Map Viewer (4.x JS API) in ArcGIS Enterprise 11.2 and higher. Map Viewer Classic is deprecated (Refer this documentation https://support.esri.com/en-us/knowledge-base/deprecation-map-viewer-classic-deprecation-000030662 for the deprecation notice). It is recommend that users use the new map viewer for their workflows.Steps to Reproduce
