When adding a splash window in ArcGIS Experience Builder and embedding the URL in ArcGIS StoryMaps, the story jumps to the embedded app, skipping all the previous content.

This is the expected behavior if the ArcGIS Experience Builder's URL is added directly inside ArcGIS StoryMaps. To avoid the page from jumping, add "?disable_window_focus=true" in the ArcGIS Experience Builder application's URL parameter. Refer to 'Control window focus' of the 'General parameter' section in https://doc.arcgis.com/en/experience-builder/latest/build-apps/url-parameters.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_C99B650282A14DACB23B58FE4446502E for more information. This has been supported since the ArcGIS Online June 2023 release and ArcGIS Enterprise 11.2.Steps to Reproduce
