When adding a spatial table on a map containing a feature with the SRID 2263 spatial reference ID, the following error is returned: "Error opening feature class. The number of points is less than required for feature".

Additional Information

The shape that is failing to be drawn is not valid. There is a very small individual line that is collapsing in on itself: (982176.31000000238 211869.82580000162, 982176.30990779644 211869.82557332193, 982176.31000000238 211869.82559999824). If that part is removed from the shape, then it draws correctly.
