Bug
When adding a reference in the indicator widget for ArcGIS Dashboards, the whole box displays 'No data' instead of just where the reference input is.

Additional Information
'No Data' is expected to be displayed when a statistic returns NULL values.Workaround
- Dashboard authors can address the issue by adding filters in the dashboard or to the data to remove NULL values, or updating the data with a value of 0 instead of NULL.
- Adding a table element can also be considered as a different data visualization which allows for a comparison between field values and statistics, and displays records with NULL values.
