When adding a new relationship in ArcGIS Knowledge, the drop-down list for Entity does not populate with values unless manually typed in.

Additional Information
This is by design for users to quickly find the entity out of a large number of entities, where a populated list is not enough to provide useful results. In ArcGIS Pro 3.0 and later versions, a help text is provided when no search term is detected. When there is a search, the list is populated with search results.Workaround
Manually type in the Entity drop-down list for values to appear.
