When adding a new feature in ArcGIS Pro to a feature class in an enterprise geodatabase containing a field with Allow Values set to No, the following error message, "Edit operation failed. Underlying DBMS Error [Ora-01400: cannot Insert Null Into (“Schema”, layer name”, “Field”) [layer name]" returned.
