When adding a map service and the corresponding feature service to an ArcGIS Online map, pop-ups do not display after saving and reopening the map.

Note that the workaround provided below only works if the map service is saved as a layer. It does not work if the feature service is saved as a layer and the map service is added from the web.1. Add the map service to a blank map, and configure the pop-ups.2. Save the service as a new layer. 3. Add the saved layer to a new map.4. Add the feature service URL from the web. When this step is completed, ArcGIS Online queries the map service for the pop-ups, and the pop-ups continue to display after exiting and reopening the map.Steps to Reproduce
