When adding a machine to a site which is already federated with Portal for ArcGIS, users are unable to access ArcGIS Server Manager from the machine that is added to load.

Workaround

  1. Remove the machine.
  2. Unfederate the server or portal.
  3. Add the machine.
  4. Federate the server.
