When adding a limit usage for the referrer URLs to a secure service in ArcGIS Online, the item does not display in a published ArcGIS Hub site when added.

This issue is not reproducible.Workaround
This only works for a short period of time (three to five days)
- Share the item publicly.
- Add a limit usage on referrer URLs.
- Add the item in ArcGIS Hub.
- The item will appear in ArcGIS Hub for three to five days before it is unable to be seen.
