When adding a hosted tiled imagery layer created from ArcGIS Online (post November update) or ArcGIS Enterprise 11.0, it would not load properly in ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8.1.

Issue is not reproducible. If experiencing this behavior, please reach out to Esri Support Services as a new reproduction case is needed to continue investigation.Workaround
When adding the same raster layer published from an ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8.1 environment instead of ArcGIS Enterprise 11.0 or ArcGIS Online (Post November 2022 update), the layer loads fine across all versions of ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Online.
