Bug

When adding a CSV file with fields containing specific strings to Portal for ArcGIS as a table, publishing the table results in coordinates being generated in the resulting service regardless of whether or not the option to do so was disabled.

Workaround

When creating the CSV file, use strings that do not follow the format, 'LNNNN', where L is a letter (e.g., A or B) and N is a number. Some examples of this format are 'B1234' or 'A0123'. Changing the format to 'LLNNN', for example, did not automatically generate coordinate fields. Users can also change the letter to something other than 'A' or 'B'. For example, 'B1234' to 'D1234' or 'A0123' to 'F0123'.
