Bug
When adding a chart frame, if the chart has Add Guides enabled, ArcGIS Pro hangs because PhantomJS is a headless WebKit with JavaScript API (32 bit) process.

Workaround
The suggested workarounds are:
- Avoid adding Guides.
- If the user is using the Guides option, do not draw the Chart Frame. Save the chart as an SVG file, and insert the SVG file (picture) in the map layout.
