Bug
When adding a case-sensitive Web Map Service (WMS) to a WMS layer, the properties are sent in lowercase to the service, causing the layer to fail to load.

Workaround
Set the 'imageTransparency' property of the Web Map Service (WMS) class to an uppercase 'TRUE'. Refer to https://developers.arcgis.com/javascript/latest/api-reference/esri-layers-WMSLayer.html#imageTransparency for more information.
