When Add Only is set on a feature service created from Survey123 Connect for ArcGIS, the Data tab in the Survey123 for ArcGIS website fails to load with the error message, "An error occurred while loading the page. Some features may not work."

This is a known limitation. If the service has the query capability disabled, the website is unable to query the feature service and get the data back to populate the data page. This is why the error displays. If a survey is created via the Survey123 website, shares a feature layer view in which the settings are restricted to submit data only, noted by being named [Form Name]_fieldworker. To disable query, do it on the feature layer view and not the feature service itself and share the feature layer view with the field workers.Steps to Reproduce
