Bug
When accessing the WFS service on a distributed install using shared serverdir folders and unc paths at both the SOM/SOC level and the IIS level, impersonation does not seem to be functioning properly causing a browser error and an error entry in the Event Viewer when attempting to retrieve the appropriate .xml file from the arcgisoutput directory.

As of version 10.1, the Server Manager application built on the .NET Web ADF technology is no longer being developed or having issues fixed.Workaround
Create a second Application Pool, running under the ArcGISWebServices identity. Assign the Services application to this pool and disable impersonation.Steps to Reproduce
