When accessing the MapView from a layout, the following error message, "Access is denied" is returned in ArcGIS Pro SDK 3.3.

This is being marked as designed because a bug was addressed in ArcGIS Pro SDK 3.3 where NULL MapView objects were returned. The 3.3 version fix requires that GetMapView be wrapped inside a QTR.Steps to Reproduce
