Additional Information
When registering for an event publicly shared through ArcGIS Hub, a sign-in prompt requesting the user to login with an ArcGIS Online organizational account is expected behavior. In order to register for an ArcGIS Hub event, the end user must have an ArcGIS Online organizational account either through the Hub Employee or Community organizations or any other ArcGIS Online organization (If ArcGIS Hub is configured to allow logging in with other ArcGIS Online organizations to be part of the ArcGIS Hub community).Workaround
This issue is not reproducible for Upcoming event cards.
