Bug
When accessing a publicly shared survey published to Portal for ArcGIS using the ArcGIS Survey123 Connect app, if the Portal connection is not configured in the mobile app, the survey is inaccessible and the error message "Survey not found Survey ID ... does not exist or is inaccessible" is returned.
