When accessing a KML layer in ArcGIS Online Map Viewer, the legend does not show up.

The KML layer does not have a defined legend specification. This would require a legend item to be created and compared for each feature within the KML file. This is not scalable, and the style id for the legend cannot be used. The overlay option is also not usable for a legend because it is not always used for legend purposes and could be a logo, for instance.Steps to Reproduce
