When a workbook page from ArcGIS Insights 2023.2 is added to a Portfolio instant app in ArcGIS Enterprise, the page fails to load after signing in.

Workaround

Create workbooks in ArcGIS Insights in ArcGIS Online and publish the workbooks as part of a Portfolio instant app in ArcGIS Online. Currently, the workflow does not work with ArcGIS Enterprise (The ArcGIS Enterprise 11.2 behavior is unknown as of now).
