When a web map containing a feature service is published as a map service using the ArcGIS Online publishing function, the map is not visible in the ArcGIS application for Android.

Workaround

Publish a map service that has Tiled Mapping and Feature Access capabilities enabled using ArcGIS for Desktop 10.1 Service Pack 1 (SP1).
