When a web app is created with a web map that contains a Web Map Tile Service (WMTS), when used with a Parcel Drafter Widget, the widget stops recognizing related lines.

Workaround

  1. Create a web map without WMTS.
  2. Create the web app and configure the Parcel Drafter widget.
  3. Save the web app and then add the WMTS to the web map.
