Bug
When a user enters an address in the Search bar, with the Search radius set to zero, no information on Garbage or Recycling pick-up is populated. However, when the same location is selected using the marker dropper instead of typing an address, with the Search radius set to zero, the Garbage and Recycling results are returned.

This issue is no longer reproducible in ArcGIS Online December 2020 release (v8.4).Workaround
Set the default range to 1 mile.
