Bug
When a user changes the basemap of the map to one from OS Maps API, through Map Viewer or in Content, it is not added or does not appear when printing.

This issue is non-reproducible in ArcGIS Online. If the issue persists, contact Esri Support Services as additional information is needed for further investigation.Workaround
Re-add the OS Maps API basemap layer into Map Viewer Classic, save, then open in Map Viewer. The layer can then be exported.
