When a toolbox containing a sharing_draft script is attached, the Project Package tool fails with the error message returning, “Error: 001659 Consolidating Toolbox.”

This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Pro 3.4.

Workaround

Comment out the sharing_draft portion of the script.
