Bug
When a TIFF has a transparency value set and is exported to PDF with a resolution above 50 dots per inch (DPI) in ArcGIS Pro, the grid lines appear when opened in a PDF software such as Adobe Acrobat Reader.

The gridlines are the result of the 'Enhance thin lines' default display setting in Adobe. Uncheck the 'Enhance thin lines' option in Page Display to mitigate the artifacts.Workaround
