When a survey is created on a 12-hour OS system but taken on a 24-hour system OS, the Time window is still limited to 12 hours

Additional Information

This is by-design. The survey form will display Time settings configured on the survey taker's operating system, not based on the survey publisher's OS. If the AM/PM option is missing in the form, this is due to the settings on the OS.
